EyeQ Ireland · Soft Launch · Tech Alignment

Go-live setup, at a glance.

What we're aligning on today, the one decision to make together, and what each side owns next. Built for the call — 30 June 2026.

The funnel

How a lead moves from ad to customer

A demo-first funnel: self-serve at the top, human only where it pays. Parallel Signal runs the front end; EyeQ stays entirely with MGME.

How the demo voucher reaches each lead

The EyeQ demo uses a per-person voucher (not a single shared link). Two ways to deliver it — both work; the question is which we start with for the soft launch.

Suggested to start Option B

Pre-generated batch

MGME generates a stack of vouchers up front and shares the list. The funnel assigns one per sign-up and delivers it instantly by redirect + email.

+No live integration. Fastest for both sides. Instant for the user.
~Finite supply — generate a generous batch, monitor, top up as needed.
Option A

On-demand via API

On each form submit, the funnel calls MGME's API to mint a voucher for that specific person, then delivers it.

+Infinite supply, each voucher tied to a lead, cleanest tracking.
~A live integration — needs MGME's API ready + build time. The evergreen option.
To decide today: can MGME pre-generate a batch of vouchers (→ Option B for the soft launch), or are they minted on-demand only (→ Option A)? Also: any voucher expiry / usage limit? Either path works — B just gets us live faster.
The setup

Everything under the MGME domain

Pages and emails are fully MGME-branded. Parallel Signal runs them; MGME adds a few DNS records. Exact DKIM values are supplied once the sending domain is chosen.

WhatRecordValue
Landing pagesCNAME on ireland.mgme-neurotech.commgme-ireland.pages.dev · HTTPS auto-provisions
Email — SPFTXT on the sending domainadd include:spf.brevo.com
Email — DKIMTXT / CNAMEkey supplied by Parallel Signal
Email — DMARCTXT on _dmarcv=DMARC1; p=none; rua=...
One note: the email sending domain must be a different hostname from the pages subdomain (a CNAME and TXT records can't share a name). So email sends from the root mgme-neurotech.com or a dedicated subdomain (e.g. mail.) — to confirm today.
Who runs what

Clear split, simple handoff

Parallel Signal (the funnel)

  • Landing pages, form, redirect to the demo
  • Email automation: voucher delivery, sample report, nurture
  • Tracking: form submit → demo → report → upsell
  • Shares leads with MGME (export to start)

MGME (EyeQ)

  • The EyeQ demo + full assessment + certification
  • The per-person demo vouchers
  • The sample assessment report
  • All assessment / results data stays inside EyeQ
Parallel Signal is the marketing layer — it gets qualified people to the demo and tracks it, and never sees any assessment or results data. All EU-hosted.

Decisions to leave with

  • Voucher delivery — pre-generated batch (B) or on-demand API (A)
  • Voucher expiry / usage limit — any?
  • Email engine — Parallel Signal (Brevo, from your domain) or your own system
  • Email sending domain + from-address (e.g. ireland@ or hello@)
  • DNS provider + records added this week
  • Pricing — target date
